Description

Our salami is lean, meaty, and very tender to the bite. Perfect for snacking with MAISON MARC cornichons. Our salami also works very well in a variety of pasta dishes or thinly sliced in a fresh salad. The gentle flavour of the Wagyu Beef is complemented by the subtle use of salt, garlic, and spices, which leave a light, lingering heat on the palate. The olive feed gives an almost silky texture to the meat while gently enhancing the wonderful umami characteristics. The salami is at its best when eaten at room temperature rather than straight from the fridge.

Keep refrigerated at 0-4°C in its unopened vacuum pack and use by the date on the label.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3-5 days, keeping slices well wrapped or in an airtight container to prevent drying out.
Best served cold, straight from the pack. No cooking required.

Not suitable for freezing once sliced, as texture and flavour will suffer.
