This sort of cut is very hard to get in UK and Meat Me At Home provides a very tender and juice secretos . Just need to add a bit of salt and … voila !

It was done in slow cook for about 7 hours . It was melting and amazingly soft.

Absolutely delicious ! Pan fry for 2 minutes each side in a dry pan then in the oven as it quite a thick one ( I won’t do that for the thin one I have ) for 3 minutes - rested for 5 minutes - can’t fault it !
Although some cooking times instructions would have been helpful .

They were very tender and had a wonderful flavour. Need to be cooked slowly

i recently found this shop..the produce on offer looked good so i decided to get the big piece of iberico colloar meat..i just want to say the quality of the product was quite something..5 hours inside a cartouche at 140c..when i opened the oven and looked at the meat you could sink your finger into the meat..and the flavour was the kind that you don't want to use any mayo or mustard or anything..it also gave me an amazieng gravy in the cartouche,the gravy and juices were creamy like nothing i have ever seen..and tasty beyond words..i felt i had to write a small review on this produce,the package arrived perfectly frozen.great shop.

Well packed individually. Good practice. More than 50% of tongue can grill after trimming. A usual one from the market around 1/3 are usable. Nice deal.
I recommended to friends.

I ordered this when they were selling Iberico Secreto at 0.7kg per product, but I received more than 0.7kg, arrived on time with ice, the product was still chilled when it arrived, it went amazing with just salt and cumin, pan seared, medium rare is also safe for this cut, will order again
