The tomahawk steak had an incredibly rich taste to it. You can’t tell it was olive fed Wagyu, but you can certainly taste the deep fatty flavour profile mixed with the tenderness. I highly recommend as a treat!
Best chicken I have had in ages!
A must try for a fan of Hojicha. Depth of hojicha is amazing. A good alternative if you are not a big fan of alcohol and would like to have an aperatif.
Special edition from Saicho. Fine bubbling and good balance between tea and sparkling texture and sweetness
Make sure you get one for your friends do not drink alcohol. Good as an aperitif or pair with main.
Great meat - made an excellent grill
These extremely good value chops are possibly my favourite item on the website. This meat is the greatest quality, the fat is like butter and is great for 2 people or a very greedy 1 (Don't judge!) The flavour is tremendous and cooked slightly pink is perfect! I have also beat them up and flour, egg and panko for a schnitzel, cooked in some of the iberico rendered fat and butter... incredible!

Very good quality, meat and fat ratio was actually great unlike the store bought pork belly which is usually like 90% fat. Bestie and I had the best at home kbbq together 😋

Great to be able to buy such good pork in the UK .
A perfect Carbonara only needs 5 ingredients but by far the most important is a great Guanciale and this really delivers! The succulent fat from the pigs cheek adds a glossy finish whilst at the same time delivers a rich salty depth of flavour that lives long in the memory.
Our favourite cut of pork. Full of flavour great with fries and a salad. We have bought many times and the quality is always exceptional.
