LIABILITY

You will receive a notification from the courier telling you when to expect the delivery of your parcel. As the content of the parcel is temperature sensitive, please make sure that someone is there to accept the delivery.
If you are not going to be in on the day of delivery, our courrier will happily leave your parcel in a safe place of your choosing, or with a neighbour. Just add a comment into the Note Box during checkout.
Once delivered, you will immediately receive an email notification from the courier with details such as time of delivery as well as a picture of your parcel handed over or left in a safe place.
Please note that once both parties have received the proof of delivery provided by our courier, we are no longer liable for any issues you might encounter such as theft or damages.
