SHIPPING POLICY
Our delivery service covers all UK mainland (except Highlands & Islands) addresses and is fully tracked using trusted courier DPD.
We aim to deliver all orders via next-day service; however, please allow up to 48 hours when placing your order in case of any courier delays or special events.

LIABILITY
You will receive a notification from the courier telling you when to expect the delivery of your parcel. As the content of the parcel is temperature sensitive, please make sure that someone is there to accept the delivery.
If you are not going to be in on the day of delivery, our courier will happily leave your parcel in a safe place of your choosing, or with a neighbour. Just add a comment into the Note Box during checkout.
Once delivered, you will immediately receive an email notification from the courier with details such as time of delivery as well as a picture of your parcel handed over or left in a safe place.
Please note that once both parties have received the proof of delivery provided by our courier, we are no longer liable for any issues you might encounter such as theft or damages. Claims cannot be made for deliveries received within 48 hours.
