Description

Italian extra virgin olive oil infused with the intense, earthy aroma of black truffle. Designed as a finishing oil, a few drops added just before serving bring real depth and complexity to a dish, without overpowering it.

Drizzle over pasta or risotto for an instant lift, or finish grilled steak, chicken or roasted vegetables for a rich, umami note. Equally at home over scrambled eggs, roasted celeriac, or a simple bruschetta for an indulgent touch.

Black Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil | 100ml

  • ITALY

Nestled in the wooded hills of Terni, Umbria, our truffle producer draws on one of Italy's most celebrated truffle regions. Umbria's dense oak and hazelnut forests, combined with its mineral-rich soil, create the ideal conditions for both Black Winter and Summer Truffles to flourish, earning the region a reputation among Italy's finest for truffle quality.

Working closely with local trifolau (truffle hunters) and their trained dogs, the producer sources truffles at peak ripeness, preserving their intense aroma and depth of flavour in every jar. The result is a range that reflects Umbria's deep truffle heritage, a taste of the region's forest floor, captured at its finest.
