This olive oil is made from a bitterness free oil (Koroneiki - Late harvest).

We would like to assure you that our Thyme Infused Olive Oil goes through a meticulous and time-consuming infusing process, using only the freshest thyme leaves and no aromas, to ensure the perfect balance of flavours. The oil in unheated to protect all the organoleptic properties of the product.This is what sets this product apart from others.
This bitterness free olive oil as well as the rest of the range is not a traditionnal olive oil and is to be used very sparingly, so you keep it for much longer.
We also want to bring to your attention that the prices of olive oil have been on the rise due to various factors in the market, mainly due to poor harvest in Spain.
