This thyme-infused olive oil by Kalios combines the rich, fruity essence of premium Greek olive oil from Kalamata with the aromatic flavour of wild thyme. Harvested from family-owned groves and infused with hand-picked thyme, this artisanal oil adds a fragrant, herbal note to dishes. Its balanced taste enhances salads, grilled meats, and roasted vegetables, making it a versatile and gourmet addition to any kitchen.
This olive oil is made from a bitterness free oil (Koroneiki - Late harvest).
