Very good quality steak came quickly and very well packaged

Whilst this doesn’t reach the giddy heights of the wonderful Gallician cuts, it’s a fabulous every day treat with a rich tender juiciness that lingers long in the mouth. We paired with a nice Pinot Noir, simple sides & it was delicious. One we’ll order again for sure

The meat is highly marbled and simple cooking produces the most outstanding result. To call the result pork chop or pork steak is too prosaic a description for such remarkable meat.

I can only echo the glowing comments of the previous reviewers.
I used one tenderloin in a Pork Stroganoff recipe and produced best ever results. The meat stayed succulent with a memorable flavour.
But one tenderloin served four people and I was unable to separate the three tenderloins without thawing the unused two.
I wonder if you could prevail upon the supplier to place the central tenderloin in, say, a polythene tube and then they would not fuse together when freezing.

A lovely lean cut of Wagyu that slow cooks well on my off set smoker. The fat cap renders really easily and the mass of connective tissue softens the final result to fork tender.

May I say that I was very very lucky to buy the Iberico Presa at a reduced price but, I can guarantee that I'll be definitely buying again. This pork was honestly, by far the most best, most tasty piece of pork I've ever eaten, and I'm proud to say, that I cooked it myself lol!!! All the pork that I've ever eaten before this, doesn't come close. Amazing
