Great marbling very tender and delicious

Slightly heavier than British pork sausages. They have a higher meat content and a better quality of meat and are not spicy. I have substituted for pork sausages for a more satisfying result. I have also substituted for Chorizo for a mllder result. I will be keeping a couple of packs in the freezer for high quality store-cupboard meals.

Ordered for a group BBQ and it arrived on time, well packed and was nicely trimmed ready for marinade and cooking. Taste was great, I've had better but paid more for it. Would order from here again

A taste from before factory farms. I had a 2.1 kg bird and followed the cooking instructions to produce perfect results. The bird was large and plump. The meat was succulent and flavourful. It was impressive for carving at the table and impressive on the plate.

Before chicken was turned into cheap protein for the masses, it used to taste like this.
It is said you can detect stress in an animal's meat. If so, these were very happy birds.
These cuts are impressively large. They may be too large for the young, old or abstemious.

I wanted to eat Korean-style samgyeopsal, and I think I found the perfect one. It's delicious just grilled or seasoned with gochujang!

The Iberico Pork Pluma was superb. It cooked beautifully on the bbq and it was melt in the mouth tender and juicy. We served it to a group of guests with a homemade chimichurri sauce, which went down very well. One of the guests asked for the website details as he was so impressed. The order arrived when expected packed with care and still 95% frozen despite it being a hot day thanks to the ice packs. So pleased with my order from MMAH and would highly recommend.

This is by far the juiciest most delicious cut of pork on the planet. Amazing.

Tender and juicy! Cut the meat in a few pieces and made 3 ways- Thai style, char Siu and just salt! They were good. I think the thickness about 2 to 3 cm is the best for the way I cook.

High heat on both side for about 3/4 mins and oven 180 for 10 mins!

Great streak was absolutely amazing

After falling in love with Iberico pork in Madeira, I ordered the Pluma for my boyfriend and I to cook - best decision ever! The meat is so tender and juicy, and the marbling is incredible. It absolutely just melts in your mouth. We cooked it on the bbq hot plate, basted with butter, rosemary, and garlic, and served medium rare - so delicious! (and a very happy boyfriend). Many thanks to the MMAT team for this incredible cut, we’re looking forward to trying the Secreto and Presa!
