Description

Bombom Gochujang is a bold, deeply flavoured Korean fermented chilli paste, crafted using traditional fermentation methods to deliver its signature balance of heat, savoury depth and gentle sweetness. Thick and richly textured, it’s designed to be spooned, mixed or spread, not poured like a sauce.

Made with fermented soybean paste, glutinous rice and Korean chilli powder, gochujang adds instant intensity to everyday cooking. It pairs beautifully with crispy chicken, pork belly, beef short ribs and grilled bavette, lending warmth and complexity without overpowering the meat.

Stir a spoonful into broths and stews, mix through rice for a quick bibimbap-style dish, or use as a glaze for roasting and grilling. Its versatility also makes it ideal for sandwiches, toasties and marinades when you want a bold, savoury kick.
