Its flavour profile delivers a perfect balance of sweet, salty and savoury, making it a standout addition to any kitchen.

Ideal for marinating pork ribs, chicken wings, short ribs or chicken thighs, it also works beautifully brushed over grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes or drizzled over rice bowls. Slightly thinner than traditional barbecue sauces, it spreads evenly, coating every bite with bold, balanced flavour.
