An absolute gem. I'm a fan of cheeks in general and these are as good as I've had. I went full Mexican on them, and still there was a fantastic pork flavour at the forefront. Not even that much more expensive than my local butcher (these used to be a cheap cut, dammit!). Highly recommended.
