Cooking instructions

Oven-Baked Chicken Thighs

1. Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 190°C.
2. Season Chicken: Rub chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Bake: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
4. Check Doneness: Ensure internal temperature is 74°C.

Stove-Top Pan-Seared Chicken Thighs

1. Heat Pan: Add a splash of oil to a skillet and heat over medium-high.
2. Season Chicken: Sprinkle thighs with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs.
3. Sear: Place chicken skin-side down; cook 5-7 minutes until golden.
4. Flip & Cover: Turn, cover, and cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Grilled Chicken Thighs

1. Preheat Grill: Heat to medium-high, oil grates lightly.
2. Marinate Chicken: Use soy sauce, honey, and garlic for 30 minutes.
3. Grill: Place thighs on grill, skin-side down; cook 6-7 minutes per side.
4. Rest: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Air-Fried Chicken Thighs

1. Preheat Air Fryer: Set to 193°C.
2. Season Chicken: Toss thighs with olive oil, lemon pepper, and paprika.
3. Cook: Arrange in a single layer, air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
4. Serve: Enjoy crispy, juicy chicken!

Slow-Cooked Chicken Thighs

1. Prep Sauce: Mix BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and honey in a slow cooker.
2. Add Chicken: Place thighs into the sauce, coating evenly.
