Every order earns points. Points come straight off a future order. There is nothing to join beyond creating an account.
Earning points
- Place an order - 2 points for every £1 spent
- Create an account - 100 points
- Tell us your birthday - 100 points, every year
- Review a product you have bought - 50 points
Spending points
- 100 points - £2 off an order
- 250 points - £5 off an order
- 500 points - £10 off an order
- 1,000 points - £20 off an order
What a point is worth
50 points is £1, at every tier. There is no better rate for saving up, so redeem whenever it suits you.
At 2 points per £1, spending £100 earns 200 points, which is £4 back. A £250 order earns 500 points, which is £10 off the next one.
Keeping your points
Points expire 365 days after your last points activity. Earning or redeeming resets the clock, so an order once a year is enough to keep a balance alive.
We email you 30 days before anything expires, and again 3 days before.
