Sliced from the richly marbled Japanese A5 chuck roll of Wagyu cattle raised in Kagoshima Prefecture, on Kyushu Island, this yakiniku offers the ultimate balance of tenderness, depth, and buttery flavour. Each thin slice melts beautifully on the grill, releasing its signature sweet aroma and umami richness. Perfect for tabletop grilling or quick searing, this is Japanese Wagyu at its most indulgent; elegant, authentic, and unforgettable.
As the slices are cut thinly, please delicately remove them from the sleeves before fully defrosted so that the slices do not fall apart.
