Iberico Pork Presa, one of the most tender and well-marbled cuts from Spanish Pata Negra pigs, is found between the shoulder and loin, and can be prepared quickly and simply. This pack provides ready-to-cook slices that need no prepping or thinking about. Presa can be served slightly pink which allows the meat to retain its juicy and subtle acorn flavour.

WOW just WOW

May I say that I was very very lucky to buy the Iberico Presa at a reduced price but, I can guarantee that I'll be definitely buying again. This pork was honestly, by far the most best, most tasty piece of pork I've ever eaten, and I'm proud to say, that I cooked it myself lol!!! All the pork that I've ever eaten before this, doesn't come close. Amazing

Fantastic Iberico

Meat at Home's Presa Ibérica was the best quality I have had. I have cooked Iberico pork (presa,secreto, Carrilleras) whilst in Spain as well as my wife and I enjoying Iberico pork at restaurants but this was the best. The chorizo was really excellent as well. The package arrived promptly and was really well packed with insulation materials.

as good as being in Spain

Delicious, plenty of marbling, cooked rapidly in olive oil. Served with patatas bravas and salad. Lovely Valentine dinner for us. We'll be back for more.
