This premium Spanish cured sausage is crafted using traditional methods and seasoned with a delicate blend of garlic, pepper, and spices, allowing the natural quality of the Bellota pork to shine. Thinly sliced for convenience, it delivers a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture and balanced, savoury intensity.
