01 Early Harvest Olive Oil by Kalios is a premium extra virgin olive oil crafted from olives harvested early in the season and selected by 2-Star chef Christophe Aribert. This artisanal oil boasts a vibrant green color and robust flavour, with notes of freshly cut grass and green apple. Its low acidity and high polyphenol content make it a versatile and healthy addition to a variety of dishes, showcasing the best of Greek olive oil craftsmanship.
This packaging preserves the quality of the oil by preventing it from coming into contact with the air.
