I like hot smoking my ribs over several hours and these are perfect for that. They have just the right amount of fat to keep them moist and juicy. Great taste too.

Indeed this cut may not show as much marbling throughout as the ribeye, striploin and fillet. It is not any less flavoursome and we hope you enjoyed it.
Barbecued a whole piece on the griddle plate using a heater to get the perfect cook. Delicious.
