Bombom Kimchi Mayo is a creamy, tangy condiment infused with the bold flavours of Korean kimchi, chilli and garlic. Rich yet refreshing, it delivers a gentle heat and savoury depth that cuts beautifully through grilled and fried foods.

Smoother and more indulgent than traditional sauces, it pairs perfectly with burgers, fried chicken, pork belly and grilled prawns, adding brightness and complexity without overpowering the dish. It’s equally delicious spooned over eggs, drizzled into sandwiches, or served alongside crispy potatoes.

Kimchi, a cornerstone of Korean cooking, is made from fermented vegetables seasoned with chilli, garlic and aromatics, lending this mayonnaise its distinctive tang, subtle spice and addictive savoury flavour.
