Organic Black Sesame Oil by WADAMAN

Crafted in Osaka by fourth-generation master roaster Etsuji Wada, this exceptional roasted sesame oil is known for its deep, smoky aroma and elegant complexity. Made using a meticulous high-low-high roasting method perfected over 45 years, each batch of this artisan sesame oil delivers bold, nutty flavour without bitterness and rich, balanced, and long-lasting on the palate.

Wadaman presses only once, using 5kg of carefully roasted sesame seeds to extract a single litre of pure, first-press oil. This gentle technique preserves the integrity and intensity of the seed’s natural oils, resulting in a product that is both powerful and refined.

Drizzle sparingly over grilled meats, steamed vegetables, tofu or sushi just before serving to unlock its full character. A little goes a long way.
