Delicately aromatic and beautifully marbled, our Fresh Black Autumn Truffles are hand-foraged in the lush woodlands of Herefordshire. Native to England, these rare truffles offer a refined balance between the light, nutty flavours of summer truffles and the deeper, more intense aromas of winter varieties. Their earthy notes, with hints of hazelnut and subtle garlic, make them a true seasonal delicacy.
Best enjoyed thinly shaved over risotto, pasta, eggs, or infused into sauces, Black Autumn Truffles bring a touch of refined British luxury to any dish. When gently warmed, their aroma deepens to release a beautifully rich, woodland fragrance.
Care & Storage:
Remove your fresh truffles from the packaging as soon as they arrive. Store them individually wrapped in absorbent paper inside an airtight container in the fridge and consume within five days for the ultimate truffle experience.
