Serve straight out the pan, with some cold ham, cheese and honey drizzled over a nutty cheese for an evening in with friends as a sharing platter.
Or try making a Borlotti and Haricot Bean Cassoulet, the sumptuous smoke and spice flavours are taken on my the beans to create a homely warming stew. Serve up with crusty bread to soak up all those delicious juices.
