Raised on a natural diet enriched with fresh herbs, these drumsticks boast tender, juicy meat with a subtle, herbaceous undertone. Perfect for grilling, roasting, or slow cooking, they deliver a wholesome and delicious experience every time.

How to prepare your chicken drumsticks

Oven-Baked Chicken Drumsticks

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Pat drumsticks dry and season with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices (e.g., paprika, garlic powder).
3. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
4. Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway, until the skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 75°C.
5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Grilled Chicken Drumsticks

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Marinate drumsticks in a mix of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs for 30 minutes.
3. Place drumsticks on the grill and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
4. Ensure the internal temperature is 75°C before removing.
5. Serve hot with a side of grilled veggies.

Pan-Fried Chicken Drumsticks

1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Season drumsticks with salt, pepper, and a pinch of cayenne.
3. Place drumsticks in the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, for 20–25 minutes.
4. Lower heat if necessary to prevent burning and check for doneness at 75°C.
5. Serve with a side of rice or mashed potatoes.

Slow-Cooked Chicken Drumsticks

1. Add drumsticks to a slow cooker with a mix of BBQ sauce, soy sauce, honey, and garlic.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
