Freedown Hills Olive Fed Wagyu Beef 'Nduja
Originating from Calabria in Southern Italy 'nduja is a spicy, spreadable sausage traditionally made with pork. We have put our own take on this substituting our Freedown Hills UK Olive Fed wagyu and Japanese wagyu fat for the pork. The result is an exquisitely silky, creamy texture combined with a rounded wagyu beef flavour that perfectly compliments the heat from the chili and spices. 'Nduja is just the thing for adding to almost any dish that needs a little bit of extra oomph, be it pasta, pizza, fish or meat. It is also delicious melting into warm bread as a snack or appetiser. When not being used in cooking 'nduja is at its best when eaten at room temperature rather than straight from the fridge.
