A well-made blend stays a deep emerald green.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eEach herb has its own part to play. Savoury is intense and close to thyme, with a light peppery bite. Oregano brings the warm, Mediterranean note. Rosemary adds a woody, resinous depth, and thyme holds the blend together. There is no lavender and no filler.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThe flavour is bold but balanced. Add it towards the end of cooking, so the aroma holds.
