Samgyeopsal means grilled pork belly in Korean. This is one of the most popular summer dishes in South Korea. The beautiful pork belly pieces can be either cooked on a pan designed to draw away fat or a charcoal grill. In South Korea this is usually wrapped in lettuce along with kimchi, ssamjang, and sliced spring onions.
