Manual Wooden Pepper Mill by Peugeot

1. Crazy Salt Roasted Chicken

• Ingredients: 4 chicken drumsticks or thighs, 2 tbsp Terre Exotique’s Crazy Salt, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 lemon (sliced), fresh thyme (optional).
• Instructions: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Rub the chicken pieces with olive oil and coat generously with Crazy Salt. Place on a baking sheet with lemon slices and thyme. Roast for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is golden and fully cooked. Serve with a side salad or roasted vegetables.

2. Crazy Salt Garlic Bread

• Ingredients: 1 baguette, 3 tbsp butter (softened), 1 tbsp Terre Exotique’s Crazy Salt, 1 clove garlic (minced), chopped parsley (optional).
• Instructions: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Mix the softened butter with minced garlic and Crazy Salt. Slice the baguette partially through and spread the butter mixture in between slices. Wrap in foil and bake for 10-12 minutes. For a crispy finish, unwrap and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
