These wonderful roasting joints are cut from the chuck eye which is close to the end of the ribeye.  To improve on what would already be a roasting experience to remember we have then cloaked the joints in a thin blanket of Japanese wagyu fat.  This ensures that the melting fat will keep the meat well basted and juicy, whilst allowing, should you wish, the opportunity to roast some Japanese wagyu infused potatoes and vegetables in the bottom of the roasting pan as the meat cooks. What is not to like, Sunday lunches will never be the same again.
