US Grain Fed Beef Tomahawk is by far one of the most aesthetically astounding steaks to serve. Cut from the Ribeye with the bone still attached. The eye of fat running through the middle, when cooked the delicious flavour is released and bastes the steak. US Grain Fed Beef has been fed for 100 days on Grain, it is this that produces a very tender and juicy piece of meat, with beautiful intramuscular fat. The stunning flecks of fat marbled throughout is what ensures the meat will not be dry out too quickly during cooking or get tough and chewy. When you eat US Grain-fed Beef it is soft, tender and juicy.    

Tomahawk Steak is an on the bone Ribeye Steak, with the entire bone left on. The long Rib Bone is trimmed slightly with just enough meat to allow for the carnivore in us to nibble all that gorgeous meat off. This product gives quite an impression and is an ideal dinner table discussion. With all the delicious intramuscular fat, the flavour of which when released during cooking plus the extra richness from the Rib bone give a sweet gelatinous flavour.
