Whenever we cut steaks, be it from wagyu, grain-fed or grass-fed beef, we are always left with different shaped small pieces of wonderful meat that end up going into burgers. We have taken these small pieces of fillet, ribeye and striploin from the different meats, cut them into thin slices and mixed them together to produce our Butcher’s Perks. They are perfect for a quick and easy snack or meal. Quickly flash fry and add a couple of bits of bread for a sensational steak sandwich or simply scatter the pieces over a beautiful freshly dressed salad.
