Beef Gyu-Don
Gyu-Don is a very popular thinly sliced beef dish in Japan. You can cook it with mirin, soy sauce and serve it over rice. We have selected a cut with a little more fat as this imparts more flavour into the dish.
薄切りした牛肉なのでみりん、醤油で煮込み、ご飯の上にのせれば日本食の中でとても人気な牛丼を楽しめます。油ののった部位を使う事で、より一層牛肉の風味が広がります。
