Wagyu Delmonico Steak
Our Delmonico steak is another marvellous sharing option. Coming from the ribeye end of the chuck eye roll, a heavily marbled area of the cattle, it showcases very similar eating characteristics to a ribeye steak: very tender, great marbling and complex flavours.
A reversed seared cooking method - first inside the oven at low temperature before searing the outside - will allow this big steak to be served medium rare with a nice a stunning crust. Needless to say, this beast will also be a king on your BBQ!
