Choice US Grain Fed Beef Boneless Chuck Short Ribs

USDA beef is recognised for its succulence and flavour and our boneless short ribs are no exception. As with the bone in counterpart, we recommend to slow cook – braising it, for example, will give amazing results. This cut is also used a lot for Korean or Japanese barbecue and is a great option for grilling. Prepared this way, slices tend to be around 5mm to 7mm and are marinated before grilling.
