We are proud to introduce our very own English brand of wagyu, Freedown Hills. Raised in Yorkshire, this wagyu delivers an amazing umami experience. Animals are fed for 14 months on grass before being moved onto a grain ration for a further 7 months. For the last four months an olive based feed is combined with the grain and it is this that works to develop a unique light umami taste profile. It is, simply put, an exceptional English farmed product.
