Traditional Thinly Sliced Asian Cuts

We are proud to now offer thinly sliced meat like you can find in supermarkets in Asia. We have selected beef and pork options for an incredible dining experience so you can enjoy thinly sliced meat just like in Asia!


Shabu-Shabu is a Japanese hot pot dish very popular in Japan. The meat is cooked in a lovely broth with vegetables and served with dipping sauce. We offer slices between 1.5mm to 2mm.

Sukiyaki is also another Japanese hot pot dish wonder. The meat is cooked in a pot in a mix of soy sauce, mirin and sugar with vegetables for a perfect umami experience. We offer slices between 1.5mm to 2mm.

Yakiniku: “Yaki” means “Grilled” and “Niku” refers to “Meat” in Japanese. Slices are thicker than Sukiyaki and Shabu-Shabu - usually between 3mm to 5mm

Chadolbagi Gui is simply grilled beef brisket and one of the most classic Korean barbecue cuts of beef. . Pieces are thinly sliced around 2mm thickness. 

Samgyeopsal Gui means grilled pork belly in Korean. The beautiful pork belly pieces can be either cooked on a pan designed to draw away fat or a charcoal grill. 

Bullgogi is one of the most well-known dishes in Korean cuisine which literally means  "fire meat". Marinated thinly slices of beef or pork grilled on a barbecue or on a griddle pan. 

La Galbi is one of the favourite Korean BBQ meat. "Galbi" stands for "Ribs" and it is cut through the rib bone, usually displaying three rib bone eyes.
