Traditional Thinly Sliced Japanese Cuts

We are proud to now offer thinly sliced meat like you can find in supermarkets in Japan. We have selected beef and pork options for an incredible dining experience so you can enjoy Shabu-Shabu, Sukiyaki and Yakiniku like in Japan!



Shabu-Shabu is a Japanese hot pot dish very popular in Japan. The meat is cooked in a lovely broth with vegetables and served with dipping sauce. We offer slices between 1.5mm to 2mm.

Sukiyaki is also another Japanese hot pot dish wonder. The meat is cooked in a pot in a mix of soy sauce, mirin and sugar with vegetables for a perfect umami experience. We offer slices between 1.5mm to 2mm.

Yakiniku: “Yaki” means “Grilled” and “Niku” refers to “Meat” in Japanese. Slices are thicker than Sukiyaki and Shabu-Shabu - usually between 3mm to 5mm
