Our own Olive fed Wagyu is reared in Yorkshire, England, and creates an equilibrium between the traditional buttery long-lasting finish of Japanese Wagyu beef and the more beefy, iron flavours of Grass fed beef. The olive feed creates an umami taste to the beef, resulting in a slightly lighter finish.
Hanging tender comes from the plate of a cow. The plate is the region just behind the forelegs, therefore, there is little muscle movement in this area, and the hanging tender shows it! The meat surrounding it is juicy and tender. It is easy to marinate and is super delicious on a BBQ. It can become a little tough if slowed cooked, so we would recommend to cook it quickly over a high heat!
