Beef Chadolbagi (1.5mm-2mm) – 500g
This is one of the most classic Korean barbecue cuts of beef. Pieces of thinly sliced 2mm thickness. Due to its relatively higher fat to meat ratio, Chadolbagi is extra juicy and delicious. Enjoy it with soy sauce mixed with grated radish or light soy sauce with garlic as a traditional Korean style!
