Chilean Wagyu Striploin Steak BMS 8-9
Ordered by one of our best restaurant customers, these packs of three thinly cut 150g steaks never made it onto the menu due to the closure of all hospitality. They deserve so much better.
Chilean Wagyu Beef, grain-finished for 500 days, is in a league of its own. The rich marbling of fat running through the muscles gives the steaks a rich and buttery texture with a long finish that coats the mouth with exquisitely stunning wagyu and umami flavours.
They are ideal for a quick and light (in wagyu terms!) dinner that will keep everyone happy. With the meat at room temperature, cook on high heat just long enough to get some nice caramelization on each side. Possibly add a little salad and enjoy.
