Iberico Pork Presa
Iberico Pork Presa is found between the shoulder and loin of Iberico Pata Negra Pigs. One of the most tender and well-marbled cuts which can prepared quickly and simply. Known as the “Wagyu of Pork” with its heavy marbling, it really isn’t comparable to any other pork.
Containing around 6-8 slices in per ±300g pieces per pack, this provides ready to cook pieces that no one needs to prep or think about, because of the nature of Iberico, the meat does the talking so you don't need to. Presa, along with most cuts from the Iberico pigs can be served slightly pink allowing the meat to retain the juicy and subtly acorn and evocative flavour.
Our in-house team like to fry these beautiful slices off super quick, in a hot frying pan for a couple of minutes on each side. All they need is a touch of Maldon salt on them and they are sublime. Perfect on Sunday morning with eggs, roasted tomatoes and some sauteed spicy potatoes. Brunch will never be the same again.
