Iberico Chorizo Sausages
Iberico Chorizo Sausages are made from the most delicious cuts of Spanish Pata Negra pigs. Full of nutty flavour, with a hint of spice to finish, they provide a perfect addition to any midweek supper, or a spicy starter for a weekend meal.
Versatile as they are, you can oven-cook them to add to casseroles for a greater depth of flavour; griddle them in a pan for a tasty Saturday brunch sandwich; or fry them off to add to a simple heartwarming bowl of linguine. There is nothing better than slicing them in half and frying them for a couple of minutes on each side until sizzling and golden brown. Remove them from the pan, and fry a thick slice of sourdough bread in the delicious fat. Put the fried sourdough on a plate, top with aioli, the Iberico Chorizo halves, chargrilled peppers, onions and a scattering of peppery rocket.
