Iberico Chorizo Spanish Sausages

Iberian Chorizo Sausages are made from all of the most delicious cuts of the Iberian Pigs. Full of unctuous nutty flavour and a hint of spice to finish, they are a real crowd-pleaser.


Containing 6 sausages per pack, it provides a perfect addition to any midweek supper or starter for a weekend meal. Being as versatile as they are, you can add them into casseroles for extra warmth and greater depth of flavour, griddle them in a pan for a tasty Saturday brunch sandwich or fry them off and add to a simple heartwarming bowl of linguine.


The team at Meat Me At Home think there is nothing better than slicing them in half and frying off in a pan, cook for a couple of minutes on each side till golden brown and sizzling. Remove from the pan and add in a thick slice of sourdough bread to toast in the delicious fat that has come off the sausages. With the fried sourdough on a plate, top with Aioli, the Iberico Chorizo slices, chargrilled peppers, onions and a scattering of peppery rocket. This will be the talk of your weekend brunch!
