Freedown Hills Olive Fed Wagyu Beef Salami

Our salami is lean, meaty and very tender to the bite. Perfect for snacking accompanied by a modest glass of what you fancy, our salami also works very well in a variety of pasta dishes or thinly sliced in a fresh salad. The gentle flavour of the wagyu is complimented by the subtle use of salt, garlic, and spices which leave a light, lingering heat on the palate. The olive feed gives an almost silky texture to the meat whilst gently enhancing the wonderful umami characteristics. The salami is at its best when eaten at room temperature rather than straight from the fridge.
